Highline Racing Podium Double at Ae Forest

The 4th round of Scottish Downhill Series was definitely a successful one for Highline Racing. James smashed it in his second run to claim 3rd in Senior on track where i’m sure his strong pedalling power would have helped him. Ronan also went faster in his 2nd run to grab 3rd place in Junior which he was happy with as he didn’t have any crashes all weekend and said, “It felt good to podium on a track where I haven’t been top 3 before”. It was an awesome weekend of racing as the times were extremely close. To do well you had to have very few mistakes and try hard the whole way down the course.

The track itself was a mix of old and new sections which were fast and flowy to ride. Conditions wise, hot sun and dust were the order of the day which was rad and really added to the atmosphere of the event.
